ABOUT US
JessicaBrownLLC is a Psychological services, educational advocacy, and consulting firm led by seasoned school psychologist Jessica Brown, Ed.S, LSSP. Jessica received her bachelors of science in psychology, with minors in sociology and Spanish, from Baylor University in Waco, Texas. She continued at Baylor University completing the ED.S of school psychology program receiving her graduate degree in 2012. With over 11 years in education and mental health professional fields, Jessica brings extensive experience, knowledge, and training in special education and Mental health/neuro-diversities. Her background includes working in traditional ISD, charter schools, residential treatment centers, and serving as a LSSP, school psychologist, through contracting services for many districts in Houston and surrounding cities. Experience is not limited to but includes: completing psycho-educational assessments, psychological evaluations, review team assessment staff, after High School transition program school psychologist provider, autism program development, behavior programming development and training, manifest determination reviews, due process hearings, ARD meetings, and a wide range of special education consulting. Jessica also has experience working with The Harris Center (formerly MHMRA) and helping families gain support through government agencies. Our mission is to empower families to advocate for best practices for their students ensuring that every student receives the necessary support to achieve their fullest potential.
